CSR promotion basic policy
We establish the following policies in order to carry out business activities in accordance with corporate ethics and other social norms and fulfill corporate social responsibility.
As a good corporate citizen in society, we carry out business activities in consideration of the following economic, environmental and social aspects, build better relationships of trust with various stakeholders (society, shareholders, customers, business partners, local residents, employees, etc.) and pursue sustainable development of society and companies.

CSR promotion system
The activities will be centered on the "CSR Promotion Committee," a company-wide organization chaired by the President and Representative Director. While exchanging information with each overseas base, we will tackle issues in line with the circumstances of each country.
Initiatives related to SDGs
Through our business activities, we will contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals, which consist of 17 goals adopted by all 193 countries at the Sustainable Development Summit in September 2015.

Major initiatives
Reduction of environmental load by hot melt sheet.
Hot melt sheets are heat-melting resin and do not contain organic solvents. Therefore, compared to ordinary adhesives, It has less environmental load, and there is no concern about solvent scattering or poisoning when handling.
Reuse of waste materials generated during processing.
We reuse waste materials generated when processing films and non-woven fabrics. For example, Face shields are made by using the cut-off piece of A-PET film.
Electricity reduction by heat shield sheet "F+COOL"
The heat shield sheet "F+COOL" efficiently reflects heat (near-infrared rays) from the sun, leading to power and energy savings by reducing the amount of electricity used, contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.
Whistleblower system
We have introduced a whistleblower system in accordance with the purpose of the Whistleblower Protection Act. The purpose is to correct or prevent deviant behavior by building a mechanism to accept consultations on illegal or unethical behavior.
Target of whistleblowing system
Criminal acts that violate certain applicable laws or ultimately lead to punishment.
Those who can use the whistleblowing system
Permanent employees, part-time employees, contract employees, dispatched workers, part-time workers, as well as employees and part-time workers of business partners, etc.
