We create a CAD/CAM data program based on the 3D data and actual object received from the customer, and use MC cutting at our affiliated factory to produce high-precision products on a low budget and in a short delivery time.
Materials available include metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, and SUS, as well as various plastics such as ABS, acrylic, Bakelite, PC, nylon, POM, and PEEK.
In addition, we can handle surface treatments such as alumite, blasting, plating, painting, and silk printing as secondary metal treatments.

A simple mold is created based on the 3D data and a rubber sample is created using a vacuum device.
Thermosetting elastomers (urethane rubber and silicone rubber) can be used as materials.
